Grant focuses on delivering high-quality, service-led solutions to support NHS organisations in reducing waiting times with insourcing solutions.

Trevor has nearly 15 years of experience in NHS recruitment and clinical insourcing. He plays a key role in delivering clinical services across the UK, working closely with consultants and multidisciplinary teams across a range of specialties. With a strong national network of healthcare professionals, Trevor supports the mobilisation of insourced services that help reduce waiting times and improve patient access. He is experienced in building high-performing teams and delivering flexible, high-quality solutions tailored to each service.

Becky is an experienced Account Manager known for her ability to understand client needs and deliver practical, effective solutions. She takes a structured and methodical approach to her work, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and to a high standard. Becky is highly organised and a supportive team member, helping to keep operations running efficiently. Outside of work, she is a busy mum of three who enjoys staying active, playing netball, practising yoga, and hiking when she can.

Connor was born and raised in South Africa before moving to the UK in 2009. He graduated from Coventry University with a degree in English and Creative Writing and has over four years of experience in bid management. His background includes work across local authority staffing and the social care sector, developing bids for a wide range of services. At Intersource Medical, Connor has established the bid function, building a bid library and leading tender responses. Outside of work, he enjoys weight training, watching rugby, and playing the drums.

Hannah is an experienced Compliance Officer with over 10 years in the field. She is committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and regulatory compliance, with a strong understanding of the frameworks organisations must meet. Hannah is known for being reliable, approachable, and a supportive team member who values collaboration. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two children and is a dedicated Arsenal supporter.

Rhiannon is a Compliance Officer with over 16 years of experience supporting organisations in maintaining strong regulatory standards and effective training programmes. She is highly organised, knowledgeable, and committed to ensuring teams remain compliant and confident in their roles. Outside of work, Rhiannon enjoys spending time with her two daughters and shares a passion for horse riding with them.
